2. How do I get a large, bulky item picked up?

Community Waste Disposal will pickup large, bulky items on your regular service day. Residents are limited to two cubic yards of bulky waste per pickup (the equivalent of one refrigerator). Place all bulky waste next to your trash receptacle by 7:00 a.m. on your designated collection day.  For larger items, contact Community Waste Disposal at (972) 392-9300. 

3. How do I report an issue with my trash and/or recycling service?

To report an issue with your trash and/or recycling service, during business hours (M-F, 8-5) call Community Waste Disposal at 972-392-9300. After hours, please complete the easy complaint form so we can track and more effectively provide resolution.
