How do I set up water, sewer, and garbage services?
You may activate water, sewer, and garbage services in Highland Village online through 2TurnItOn or by downloading an Application for Water Service Form. After filling out the form, you may:
  • Send it to us in an email
  • Fax it to (972) 317-0237
  • Deliver it in person to:
    1000 Highland Village Rd.
    Highland Village, TX 75077

Please be aware that a $50 deposit is required to set up service (except for customers who are 65 years of age or older). For applications that are submitted via email or faxed in, the $50 deposit fee will be added to the customer's first bill. The deposit will be refunded to customers on their final bill or when the customer turns 65.
