Hello, my name is Officer Runkle. I was born in Tucson, Arizona and grew up in Costa Rica. I am a graduate from the Tarrant County College Police Academy. Before becoming a Police Officer, I worked at a gym as a childcare worker and then later on as a personal trainer. I am very involved in my church and serve as part of the praise and worship team. On my time off I enjoy spending time with family and friends, discovering new places to eat, singing and working out. I look forward to getting to know the citizens and serving the community of Highland Village.

If you ever have any questions about safety or crime please give one of us a call and we will be happy to meet with you. Our job as your AOR Officers is to monitor Area 16 for crime conducive conditions and to make certain that your questions and concerns are addressed promptly. While patrolling Area 16 we look for things such as suspicious people and vehicles, traffic concerns, open garage doors and other safety and security issues.
