My name is Chip Foskey. I am originally from Macon, Georgia. I graduated from North Central Texas Council of Governments Regional Police Academy in 2018. When I am not working I enjoy golfing, playing football, video games and anything that has to do with my family. I look forward to learning from and growing with the city of Highland Village as well as providing a safe environment for the citizens of Highland Village.
If you ever have any questions about safety or crime please give one of us a call and we will be happy to meet with you. Our job as your AOR Officers is to monitor Area 13 for crime conducive conditions and to make certain that your questions and concerns are addressed promptly. While patrolling Area 13 we look for things such as suspicious people, suspicious vehicles, faded traffic and street signs, and children who forgot their safety helmets.
AOR 13 is comprised primarily of The Shops of Highland Village Shopping Center. AOR 13 is located in the in southwest corner of Highland Village along FM 407 and Village Parkway. We have a Police Storefront located here at 4081 Walker Creek, Suite 165, behind Whole Foods.
In regards to crime, typically in our business area we receive occasional reports of criminal mischief, shoplifting, and thefts from vehicles but other than that there are no major crimes.
The Highland Village business district is an attractive area in which to shop and run errands. Merchants of all types are represented and with the expansion of FM 407 we hope that retailers will continue to experience positive growth.
AOR 13 is a fun, safe and peaceful place to live and a delightful place to shop. Contact me if you would like more information about our AOR.
