The City of Highland Village is pleased to announce the 2023 Parade of Lights Holiday Lighting Contest.

All entries will be judged in following categories.

One winner will be awarded for each category.
•Frosty’s Favorite
•Rudolph’s Retreat
•Santa’s Spirit
•Jingle All The Way
•Classic Christmas
•Best Decorated Street

ENTRY FORM

Entry deadline is December 8 and there is no cost for entering. Judging will take place on Tuesday, December 12 and Wednesday, December 13 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

This exterior lighting event is open to all residents who live within the city limits (pay City utilities). An impartial panel of judges will determine the winners. 

Award winners in each category will receive a yard sign to be placed at their residence indicating which category they won. In addition, all entries and award winners will be recognized in the local paper and City web sites. 

Winners will be announced on Friday, December 15
