YouTube Message

Hello, my name is Javier Noriega. I was born and raised in Denton, Texas and graduated from Denton High School.  Shortly after graduating high school I enlisted in the Marine Corps Reserves in 2014 and I am currently serving.  I am a graduate of the Tarrant County College Police Academy. When I am not at work I enjoy working out, playing video games, watching sports, and working on my car.  I’m happy to work for the City of Highland Village and excited to serve this awesome community.

AOR 5 is located in the north central section of Highland Village between Highland Village Road and Lewisville Lake.

Traffic is not usually a concern in the neighborhoods of AOR 5, but remember to watch for pedestrians along Highland Village Road. Also, be cautious around hills and curves, especially back near the lake.

In regards to crime, residents should be aware of construction near their homes and be watchful for suspicious persons or vehicles in their neighborhoods. Construction site thefts occasionally occur and residents are our best resource to notify us of unusual activity.
