Park Pavilion Rentals


Reservations for Kids Kastle and Lions Club Pavilions can be made online. You may also come in person to The Robert and Lee DuVall Center at 948B Highland Village Road.

Kid Kastle Pavilion

 is an hourly rental with a 2 hour minimum.  Residents $20.00 per hour Non-Residents $24.00 per hour.

  • Seats approximately 30 people, two large tables, and a barbecue grill

Lions Club Park Pavilion

 is an hourly rental with a 2 hour minimum.  Residents $20.00 per hour Non-Residents $24.00 per hour.
  • 500 Highland Village Rd.
  • Seats approximately 25 people, three tables, and a barbecue grill
Kids Kastle Pavilion and Lions Club Park Pavilion are available for Full and Half Day(5 hour) rentals.  Please call 972-317-7430 for more information.
 

Pilot Knoll Park, Doubletree Ranch Park and Lakeside Community Park Pavilions

must be reserved in person at the Robert and Lee DuVall Center or the Gatehouse at Pilot Knoll.

Pavilion Information


  • All facilities reserved are accepted as is. The Parks and Recreation Department will not perform special services.
  • Alcoholic beverages in any form are prohibited by city ordinance.
  • Motorized vehicles are restricted to paved roads and designated parking areas. These vehicles must not drive on the grass, even for purposes of loading / unloading supplies.
  • All reservations must comply with all other applicable City of Highland Village park use rules and regulations.
  • All fires must be maintained in grill receptacles.
  • The permit holder assumes responsibility for damage to, or maintenance of, facilities growing out of usage beyond normal wear.
  • The use of loudspeakers, amplifiers, or microphones, is prohibited, except with written approval from the Parks and Recreation Department.
