Senior All Star Programming has returned at 100% capacity at The Robert & Lee DuVall Center. All participants will be required to wear a face covering inside The Robert & Lee DuVall Center. Our goal for reopening is to create a safe environment for everyone to gather and interact with each other while social distancing. Please read to see what changes and new measures have been put in place to enhance the safety of our building.
Overview of Reopening of Senior Activities The following activities and programs have returned:
- All-Star Stitchers
- Game Day (Card games, Dominoes, and Dice Games)
- Library Book Exchange
- Tai Chi
We encourage individuals to bring their own snacks and drinks in a closed container. The kitchen will be closed and no food or drinks will be provided.
Senior Programming The following will return in later phases to be determined:
- Communal Coffee Area
- Holiday / Event Parties
- Lunch & Learns
- Meals on Wheels
- Poker Games
In efforts to make The Robert & Lee Duvall Center a safer place for gathering, the following items will be discontinued:
- Buffet Style Serving For Parties, Events and Meals on Wheels
- Communal unpackaged Snacks
- Monthly Bread Pick-up from Panera
Lets Stay Healthy Together! We will provide cleaning supplies to clean the tables before and after use. As well, we will provide hand sanitizer in the common room areas. We encourage everyone to help fight germs by washing their hands frequently, using hand sanitizer, and cleaning the equipment, tables, chairs, and materials used.
