
Shotokan Karate classes teach students the basic techniques of Shotokan, including stretching, stances, movement, breathing, punching and kicking. Students will develop strength and coordination along with self-discipline and personal interaction skills in a fun environment. Students should wear either a previous karate uniform or loose-fitting clothes with flip-flops or slippers and bring a water bottle and small bath towel. Pre-registration not required.
