Topic: MOVE Trial Class

Johna Johnson, a certified yoga and qigong instructor, will be offering a free one hour trial MOVE class at The Robert & Lee DuVall Center on August 24 starting at 9:00 a.m. MOVE brings together slow but powerful yoga and qigong poses to improve overall health and wellbeing. No prior experience required. The class will be followed by a light breakfast.

Liz Harms, a health insurance advisor with Insurance Solutions USA, will be presenting Medicare & You:  A general workshop designed to cover the basics of Medicare and general choices that one has in getting coverage with Supplements, Medicare Advantage Plans and prescription drug plans. This free seminar will be held at The Robert & Lee DuVall Center on August 25 following lunch served at 12:00 p.m. Seminar to end by 1:30 p.m.

Experience how fun and easy creativity can be! Create all-occasion cards to use or give as a gift. We'll provide everything you need to get started, including an artistically designed kit, step-by-step instructions, precut pieces, a stamp set and ink spot that you keep and can use over and over. This free class will be held at The Robert & Lee DuVall Center on September 26 following lunch served at 12:00 p.m. Class ending by 3:00 p.m.
