Our primary mission is to provide the highest quality public safety to our community and visitors to the City. This mission can only be accomplished through the total collective efforts of the professional staff within our Department.

The purpose of our site is to introduce you to the members of your Fire Department, to provide an explanation of the services provided by the Department, and to serve as a means of providing public safety information to the residents and visitors of Highland Village.

The services we provide to our residents and visitors is an all hazards response system including; fire suppression, advanced life support/emergency medical services, fire prevention and public safety education, special operations, and emergency preparedness. Each member is professionally trained and certified by the State of Texas as a Firefighter/Emergency Medical Technician or a Firefighter/Paramedic and holds many additional advanced certifications.

Operating out of one fire station, we are fully staffed and prepared to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for service 24 hours a day. The members of this Fire Department have integrity, compassion, and a strong commitment to honor to our community and its visitors. It is our hope that this website will provide you with informative public safety messages and updates. We believe in being responsive and accountable to our residents, and we feel honored to serve the City of Highland Village.
